Booking Procedure

"We want to make your booking experience simple, quick and efficient. When you are ready to make a booking please follow this basic guide booking:"

Bookings and reservations are in most cases simply made online via this website. For general enquires about courses, accommodation and fees we ask you to complete the ‘Enquiry Form’. If you would like to make a reservation please complete the online ‘Reservation Form’.

When you send us your enquiry or reservation please provide us with as much information as possible so that we can provide you with the correct courses and accommodation that is right for you.

When we receive your ‘Enquiry Form’ or ‘Reservation Form’ we will then provide you with all the relevant information and prices. If you are unable to find the answers to your questions on our website please include these questions when sending us these forms.

When we have your details we will send you a quotation and respond to any questions you may have. You can normally expect a reply from us within 1 working day.

When you are ready to make your booking, we will require a short email from you confirming that you are satisfied with your quotation details and that you would like to make a booking. We will then send you your reservation details, invoice and payment information.

When you are fully satisfied with your reservation please follow our payment instructions which will be attached to your invoice. In order for us to confirm your reservation we require a minimum 20% deposit or full payment.

When we receive your full payment we will send you all your arrival and booking confirmation details. Your arrival details will include information about your course, and on how to get from the airport to your chosen accommodation and onto the school itself. The information pack will also include a map, addresses and UK contact telephone numbers.

Before making your booking please read our T&C’S. In order to make a reservation you will need to had read and agree with all our terms and conditions.
